  • 750 grams Salmon fillet
  • 2 pcs Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Dill Leaves, chopped
  • 2 small Onion, red, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Greek Yoghurt
  • ¼ cup Best Foods Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Sunny Select Bread Crumbs with Garlic

  • 1 cup Quinoa, cooked
  • 250 grams Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half, lengthwise
  • 100 grams French Beans, boiled and cooled in an ice bath
