Upgrade To Gold
The Gold Card is awarded to True Blue loyalty program members who meet certain monthly minimum purchase requirements. To be upgraded to Gold status, you must:
1. Be an active True Blue member for at least one (1) year;
2. Shop at any Royal store at least three (3) times in the last six (6) months; and
3. Spend an accumulated total of Php 50,000 over at least three (3) visits during the qualifying period.
We conduct periodic reviews of our loyalty program records, and members identified to meet the qualifications will automatically be upgraded to Gold status—no need to apply!
How To Claim Your Gold Card:
1. Visit the Royal Privilege Card Booth at any Royal store to surrender your True Blue card and update your profile.
2. You will be asked to key in a new PIN to activate your Gold Card.
3. Once activated, you will receive your Gold card with the same name and membership
date as your original card. All remaining points on your True Blue membership will also automatically be transferred to your new Gold account.
